As graduation barrels down upon us and the weather turns rapidly, I have some exciting new leather on offer! Today we are looking at three new veg tan leathers that could not be more different.
First, Hydro Repel Waterproof Chestnut from La Bretagna 🇮🇹 of Tuscany. Typically, waterproofing leather is a gross, chemical-heavy process that leaves the hide feeling plasticy, slick, and fake-looking. Hydro Repel could not be more different. If you have ordered my products in Buttero (Conceria Walpier), you would immediately feel a similarity in structure: dense, smooth grain and tightly-packed fibers make for fantastic high use items such as watch straps and wallets. If you work outdoors, get your sweat on at the gym, or just wash a lot of dishes, Hydro Repel is a lovely way to display hand-crafted, full-grain veg tan craftsmanship without worrying about the elements. Select Hydro Repel in the custom leather menu when designing your product.
Next, (hold on to your beach hat!) we see Fluid Oil in Aqua from Conceria La Bretagna. It's OK to stare. The Fluid Oil series is peerless in its creativity. The smooth, supple texture is shockingly soft to the touch, and each piece is utterly unique. Summer is here, and the Aqua color variant is here for it. Select Aqua Fluid Oil in the custom leather menu when designing your product.
Finally--last, but NOT least, is a breathtaking hide that marks a first for T.C. Hall Leather: CROC TAIL. Yup, that's right. We scored a killer Porosus Crocodile Tail in "Ocean", with killer blues and greens. I can't wait to work with this stunning hide and collaborate with you awesome people on designing the perfect piece. This tail isn't listed on the customizer, so let me know if you have a special request!! Currently, I'm thinking a limited edition wallet and watch strap pairing, but hit me with ideas.
