BESPOKE ORDERS ARE CLOSED FOR THE REMAINDER OF 2024.

At Studio Hall, we offer bespoke design services in addition to ready to ship and customizable options. Fully custom wallets and cardholders start at $300 while bags start at $900. If we are simply tweaking a design that we already offer, the starting price may be lower.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

What does bespoke design entail?

We leverage our knowledge of fine leather and design to provide a full-service experience from concept to finished product. Whether you are looking to replicate a favorite wallet or simply saved a photo as inspiration, we work side by side to find the perfect color, texture, utility, and aesthetic. Our connections with trusted suppliers allow us access to an incredibly varied selection of leather. While we prefer the Tuscan tanneries of Italy, we are also happy to explore options from the USA and other countries, as well.

What does the bespoke commission process look like?

While every design is different, kind, patient cooperation and education are always our top priority. We offer free initial consultations in person at our Charlotte, NC studio or over video or phone.

1. Explore your concept: With or without exact dimensions, we work together to sketch the first proof of your design based on need, function, or aesthetic vision.

2. Browse leather, hardware, and thread options: We start with general colors and textures and get more specific as we compile notes, working closely to hone the design.

3. Digital proof and materials list: At this point in the process, a full digital design has been rendered along with a comprehensive description of your project. You will have a chance to approve any changes or customization.

4. Estimate and invoice: Once the invoice is paid, our shop can place the order for needed materials.  (Full payment is always taken before work can begin. If you change your mind, you may request a full refund up until materials have been ordered. If a material order has already been placed, you may request a 50% refund. If materials have arrived and work has begun, we will not be able to process refunds.)

5. Time frame and delivery: while some projects may only take 2-3 weeks, more detailed designs may take several months. We will always communicate with updated timelines. We offer free shipping across the US, and local pickup for customers at our Charlotte location. Global shipping can be arranged for an additional charge. We guarantee our products for life. If there is a flaw in our craftsmanship, we make it right. We are also happy to offer free or discounted repairs on our items depending on severity and cause of the damage.
