Lifetime Guarantee:

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. All of our products come with a lifetime guarantee against any defect. We will repair or replace any item that has failed because of mistakes in construction such as sewing or gluing errors. After we agree to service the item and you mail the piece to us, we will pay for return shipping to you and repair your item at no charge. The lifetime guarantee does not cover neglect, abuse, or use other than intended.

If we cannot repair the item, then we will issue a replacement. There is no guarantee that the exact leather or accessories will still be available, and there may be some differences from the original.

7-Day Exchange/Refund:

If you are not satisfied with your product, or if it does not suit your needs, and would like to return or replace the item, you may do so within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Send us a message using the form below, and after we confirm some information with you, we will email you a shipping label. Please be aware that since our items are handmade for daily use, we do not "restock" sold items, so in order to be sure that you will love your purchase, we are more than happy to answer questions prior to ordering or during the crafting process.
