Quatrain: Aqua

In poetry, a quatrain is a stanza consisting of four lines. From this inspiration, our Quatrain features four main pockets in a fashionable, sleek cardholder that nails the basics. Compared to our Couplet cardholder, the Quatrain adds two additional pockets while barely increasing the size. Whether in a backpack, purse, or front pocket, the Quatrain is for the minimalist who still wants their most important cards displayed clearly.

Note: The vegetable tanned leathers of this Quatrain are impressively soft--we're obsessed with the feel. All three have to be held to really appreciate the their differences, but work together so well. This Quatrain was used as a demonstration piece and does have a fair amount of edge wear and some uneven patina across the lighter accent colors. There are a few scratches across the tumbled blue surface of the Fluid Oil, but the deep, natural creasing of the leather is desirable and expected. The price of this Quatrain has been adjusted for its small imperfections.

Our cardholders use the finest full-grain vegetable-tanned Italian leather from Tuscany and feature skillful saddle-stitching and burnished edges. See information below for tannery ("conceria" in Italian) provenance and the colors and names of leather articles used.
